Albino Printing on 726 Fundy Stamp

Two stamps, 1 tagged and 1 untagged have been found to have Albino printing in the place of "$1" and "Canada". In going through several cartons of old K. Bileski material, his note was found for these two stamps.

This is the tagged example. Being an "Albino Print", the print cannot be seen straight on. Held at an angle under light, the "$1" and "CANADA" can be seen as white print. It is difficult to tell if "Fundy" also has the albino print as reported in Bileski's note.

This is the untagged example with the same characteristics of the example above. Is the tagging applied before or after the printing?

Anyhow, this is a most interesting puzzle that I will try to continue to learn about.
